About Zhen Education

Zhen Education is a boutique UK education advisory practice serving founder families and family offices across China and beyond. We provide independent, principal-directed education strategy: zero-commission, conflict-free, and grounded in a deep understanding of what world-class education demands. Every engagement is personally directed by Dr Henry Lin, Cambridge PhD, European Patent Attorney, and startup founder. His cross-disciplinary background informs a fundamentally different approach: one that treats education not as a series of transactional school placements, but as a critical component of family legacy and human-capital strategy. We work with a deliberately limited number of families. This ensures each engagement receives the depth of attention it warrants, and that every recommendation reflects a genuine understanding of your family's unique priorities, values, and long-term aspirations.

Who we are

Zhen Education was founded by Dr Henry Lin, Cambridge PhD, European Patent Attorney, and former startup founder. His unconventional path through elite academia, professional regulation, and entrepreneurship informs an approach to education strategy that is rigorous, independent, and free of institutional bias. We are not a volume-driven agency; we are a principal-led practice built on deep, long-term relationships with a select number of families.
